I'm at the 61st parallel, and we do get the occasional 15 below zero, but I'm talking Fahrenheit and you're probably talking Celcius!

January is our coldest month, and we get an average low of 8 F and an average high of 21 F. That's -13 and -6 celcius.

But for now, I'll enjoy the 68!
