I just realized I posted 9 months - when I meant 7 months here is what the AKC reg's are AKC Rules do not allow, except with special documentation, the registration of a litter out of a dam under 8 months or over 12 years of age at the time of mating, or by a sire under 7 months or over 12 years of age at the time of mating.
That being said I still would not recommend such a young stud. Often young studs can not perform (they will do their best but many will fail or go through the motions) Also his size can be a hinderance he will more than likely need breeding assistance, like lap breeding to insure a tie and for him not to be injured) JMT's
