Default All 3 of mine do it.

I think it is very common in small dogs. I've never had a small dog who didn't do it occassionally. I didn't know it was because of post nasal drip though.

That's good to know. The quicker you can calm them the sooner it stops. I always pick mine up and reassure them it's okay.
