I would check with AKC first because they may not paper that litter because of the males age. Also that is the going deal around here the pick of the litter or a Stud fee. In which here it was 700.00 Whether it takes or not so that is why I wouldn't use a unproven stud. As for the pick I wouldn't do that deal either because it is your 1st litter she may only have 1 -2 because she is smaller 5.8. If it were me I would agree for a fee to use him so she can have him proven. Or if there were 2 puppies agree to give them one but If there is only 1 female I would have the right to sell it to pay for the Breeding Experience who knows C section..............But whatever you do make it a CONTRACT signed and dated by you and the Stud's owner.
