You can try an oatmeal shampoo or a hydrocortisone shampoo. I think you can leave the hydrocortisone shampoo on for a few minutes before you rinse it out. Just be certain you rinse any shampoo out. If the itching is just in a few spots you can use a hydrocortisone spray for a few days to give your yorkie some relief. It could just be allergies and not just the corn. Good luck.
