1) Is 7 mos to young for a stud? I was always told the male should be at least 9 mos old.
2) What is the going rate for an unproven stud? She wants either the pick of the litter or money. She is leaving that decision up to me. But she would prefer pick of the litter which I'm not in favor of at all.
I was under the impression that you didn't change anything for an unproven stud.
THe two should have some nice puppies too, my yourkie "Miss Scarlet" weights 5.8 lbs and the little stud "Buster" weights 3.5.

Any suggestions here would be wonderful
An unproven 9 month old is a risk so therefore the stud fee should be very little not the pick of the litter. If it were me I would search for a male that is a bit older, a known producer and larger in size.
