My pup isn't like that. He is a real laid back little guy, a little shy, and somewhat independent. He is with me a lot of the time, but loves to spend time around the house doing things on his own.

He does bother me some when I am on the computer. And, often I just let him lie on the desk beside me while I work. He'll often take a nap on the desk beside me.

I do a lot of work at home as a medical transcriptionist -- and, I just couldn't have a little dog that constantly bothering me, wanting to be held, and wanting to climb all over the keyboard. When I work, I sometimes take a break and take him outside for a minute or feed him or just play with him and pet him for a while.

**** Like a lot of people, if I couldn't get my work done - I couldn't buy him food or pay his rent. So - thank goodness - he isn't that demanding. It would be a real problem - for me!
