What does she do that makes you think she is stupid?
You say she won't conform..to me that is a smart dog! LOL Won't sit still for grooming..that isn't an intelligence thing.
Remember, you can breed in the traits you want..and you need a good foundation bitch to do it...pedigree and conformation.
I have never meet a truly stupid Yorkie..to me stupid is one who can not find the food dish, gets lost in the yard, really dumb stuff.
Personality quirks are different IMO...did you see Oprah and the Dog whisperer.
