I did go to the site and look at your babies. The pictures are all very cute. What appears to be white fur on the mouth might bother some people. I think your biggest problem in not receiving responses is that your prices are very high for having no champions (compared to others advertised) in their pedigree and boys are a lot easier to find than females. Your female is more reasonably priced and females are more in demand for some reason. I think another problem might be is that the state you live in. When buyers see the State of Missouri they automatically think puppy mill.
About the contract, I would read a lot of other contracts and make notes of what you want to include then just type it up with the provisions you have chosen. All that legal mumbo jumbo has reasons though so make sure your contract is clear and doesn't leave open ended provisions. |
