[Lady of Yorkies]

I have read many health contracts on many sites and now I have 7 puppies up for sale, they are healthy and come from healthy lines. I have them on Puppyfind but the only puppy everyone is interested in is an 8 month old female. She has a sister but I'm not even getting much interest in her. I have 4 boys of 9 & 10 weeks of age and at 3 different prices and not one bit of interest in them.

I have their papers from AKC, pedigrees and health certificates, I want to add a health contract and need some wording. I don't want to just copy someone else's contract and use it. I would like to use simple phrases, I don't like lawyer's legaleze. Can anyone help? Sylvia
