I don't know how reputable it is but it's worth a try ... no harm in asking. But if I ever did buy from Puppy Find, I would sure as hell pay via PUPPY ESCROW!! That way they don't actually get the money until you get the dog! And if you don't get the dog, you just cancel it and all the money goes back to you. But I know what you mean ... it's so hard to buy a dog over the internet ... it can be really risky.
