Default Bark at me

I received my first order from Bark at me and my harness has a broken clip (a little prong is broken off) I emailed for a RMA# last Wednesday and received a automated email but not else. I also emailed support a couple of times and nothing. They say they will reply within 24hrs. I am still waiting, has anybody else returned and did it take this long? I would really like to have our harness for when our puppy comes home.
