[Toby's Human]

Hi all,
It's been awhile since I have been on here, but I was wanting to ask you all your opinion.

Toby just turned 1, 7/10/2006, and has recently started marking his territory. He doesn't do it a whole lot, but he does mark the toilet, (I think he see's daddy doing it.) and the other day he marked a bag of groceries we had just brought in.

We have not had him neutered, and we were not going to because there is no risk of him impregnating another dog. We are afraid of the repercussions of having the surgery done. ex. Him being lazy, and gaining weight. I love Toby's personality, and I don't want him to change at all, but I am not going to have him peeing all over my house.

I am wanting honest opinions about what you all think I should do, and if you think that getting him neutered will change his personality.
