MayBE tax money could be put aside for this and I feel sure a lot more owners would respond if their were free spay/neuter days once a month or some other proposal that would help these issues because gas chambers are so cruel.How can these contraptions still be in existence and be thouht of as a humane way to be used as a euthanasia device.Seems unethical and anyone involved with gas chambers on animals should be cited.Sorrybut I get going on the soapbox.Cathy and Yoshi
