Well, Ginger (6 yrs) and Cujo (4 yrs) BOTH had puppies three days apart!! Cujo had hers on the 28th of Oct and Ginger had hers on the 31st!! Ginger kept trying to seal Cujo's. Cujo kept her away til the pups were about 4 1/2 weeks old. Then Cujo just decided that if Ginger wanted them, she could have them!! She was tired of feeding them anyway. Besides, they have teeth

at that age!! For the most part, they got along just fine. There were times that they didn't see eye to eye on things, but they got over it. Really, I don't think it was a matter of stress for the moms or the kids, but the humans had their fair share of it!!
