Haven't had a chance to catch up on all these sites, but when I got Piper home she had Giardia. After 3 weeks of medication she was doing a lot better, although she was tested for coccidia. She is still on medication 4 weeks later. Piper is eating well now, actually she's a piggy. She was 1.6 lbs, when I got her from the breeder 4 weeks ago at 13 weeks. She is now 3 lbs at 4 months. She loves cottage cheese, and baby carrots, along with chicken. Haven't found a dry food she likes much, but since she was so sick when we got her, I was just trying everything to get her to gain weight. |
