I would shave 1/3 of her ear hair off. A new aquaintance and new yorkie owner brought her 13 week old Yorkie out and I shaved the ears for her. The next day they were both up. She was shocked. May not work that quick all the time, but it can work. I started shaving my puppies when they were 6 weeks old.
