I would ask what type of sutures (internal/external/staples) and whether you will need to bring her back for removal. Also whether they keep your baby overnight (mine did because she was so small) following the procedure. Since you already know the type of anesthesia and the pre-op blood work and cost, I can't really think of anything else. I would also have your vet evaluate if there are baby teeth that need to come out so you can do that at this time rather than a separate anesthesia.
