Since I am originally from VA (I go to school in Philadelphia and am here for the summer), I am debating about going back to VA and having Britney's spaying done with her original vet. While I am def. not interested in looking for a bargain, they only charge a total of $135.00 ($55.00 for bloodwork and $80.00 for the procedure).

My family has used this same vet for many years.. and he has spayed both our family cat and dog in the past years. I am still really nervous about him doing something on a dog that is so small. I already know that he uses Isoflurane, that is the safest type of anesthesia, correct? Are there any questions that I should ask him?
