I have two boys Remmy who is 3 and Chance who is 8months. Both of mine will play together and they are rough. They both chase each other around the house...they can be enteraining to watch.
But they both scream and make noises. Usually when you hear that high pitched squeal one is telling the other enough and as long as they back off and leave each other alone it is fine. Usually the squealing sounds much worse and no one is hurt. Just keep an eye out...you will know if they are really fighting.
But with my boys they seperate themselves I don't have to get involved. I always say "be nice". Remmy will makes loud squealing noises even when Chance is not around him. I think he is saying "don't mess with my toy!"
