Thanks for the suggestion. I looked at the PetSmart site, and the anti-jump dog harness only fits dogs that weigh 10-85 lb. Angel was 2 lb. 12 oz. on July 4 and is supposed to be 3.5 lb. full grown according to the breeders. Do you know if they come in a smaller size?
