Hello my mom and I are planning a trip to walt disney world at the end of August. We started out and booked our trip based around Mickey my 1 1/2 Yorkie. A lot of arilines alow dogs on the plane as a carry on and they can sit infront of you. My concerns for this is the air pressure. My vet said he would give me a slight dose of seditive or whatever its called to calm him down. The flight will be about 2 and half hours. Another thing is if we did bring him we would be going for 12 days so we can do the parks slow since he would be in the condo in his cage. I dont know if it would be better to keep him home in the kennel which is his vet. They have their own run and they only allow 6-7 dogs and only their clients dogs. I dont know what to do. If we did leave him home we would cut the vacation down to about 7-10 days depending. Any advice would be great I only want whats best for Mickey. I'm scared about bringing him on the plane but on the other hand I dont want to leave him.
