 Mojito's Name

Thanks for the warm welcome!! I'm so happy I found this site -- although it's COMPLETELY addictive!!
Well, we named him Mojito after the drink. It's a Cuban drink made with rum, mint and sugar water. It's not completely random, though. We were driving home with Mo after we picked him up and I called a friend to let her know that we'd gotten him.
(I was actually planning on getting a girl from the litter but we just fell in love with him. Problem was that we only had a name picked out for the girl!!)
Anyhow, I asked my friend what we should name him and she said "Havana" which was funny but not something we loved. (References to all things Cuban because I'm Cuban-American.) I told my husband about my friend's suggestion and he said, "I got it! Let's name him Mojito... Mo for short!" And that was that... Mojito/Mo stuck!
I'm actually really happy today because I think he's recognizing his name when I call him over.
