really wanna know?!?!?
I clean my carpets regularly with a steam cleaner and comfort myself with the thought that's all it takes to have a clean carpet....
BTW I'm 55 and grew up in a house full of dogs and other pets, had dogs in my house all my live, let my daughter grow up in a house full of dogs and other pets and in a stable full of horses, goats and cats and let me tell you we all are healthy as the wellknown horse. Even when my daughter was little she was the one with the least colds, ear aches, tummy aches, allergies and so on compared to the kids of my cleanliness obsessed friends and neighbors. I just taught her to wash her hands very often and keep them out of her face and mouth.
