I have a Super-Walmart here in Poulsbo, Washington. You can find the fluorescent blacklights in the lightbulb section. It's close to the hardware department with the paints and car/cleaning stuff. And they are very cheap! I thought I was going to spend a lot of money for one. But mine was about $9 only! Definitely worth it.

And if you do decide to get one, do not get the black bulb lights. It has to be the fluorescent black lights. Those work the best!
