Ziggy is 6 months old and demands treats from the moment he wakes up in the morning. I've stopped giving him Goldfish crackers(too much sodium) and switched to honey nut cheerios which he loves even more. I don't feel he's getting enough of his regular dry puppy food so I put it in a sandwich baggie and dole it out like it's a treat. He usually goes for this pretty well....sometimes he does spit it out. Anyway, it's one way not to give him so many treats. I guess I'm a wimp but I find it so hard to deny him when he wants something.
