Hey.....I'm curious on what you have tired that worked and/or didn't work to lose weight. Would anyone be willing to share?
I will start.......
I quit my Mtn. Dew habit over a year ago - I mean, I was BAD! It was nothing to have seven cans, bottles, cups a day!!! Yes, really! I felt good at the time, but boy, did it do some damage. Anyway, I always heard of people dropping up to 10lbs (some more, some less) from quitting carbonated drinks, but I DID NOT!!!

I don't mind so much now, because if I try to drink a Sprite, it makes my stomach instantly hurt (too sweet or something).
Please share, that way, maybe we can all get some ideas (course, I know what works for one, may not work for the other) - it's fun to hear what everyone else likes and doesn't.
