Does Coco eat human food? I know when you feed them table scraps it causes them to drool more, we learned that w/ our first male boxer who drooled all the time, and our female didnt.
Gizmo drools more if he's really excited about something, like someone comes over and he wants to greet them, or if I bring Rocky over and their running around the house, then Rocky has Gizmo drool all over him
