Lightbulb When buying a puppy, what is most important and what is the least important??

I know health is always the most important thing in buying a puppy but I have heard so many different things about what people look for when they buy a puppy. For instance, some people don't care about registration papers, others do. Some don't care about the size while others do. I am just curious to see what the majority is. Please be honest and please rate them from 1 to 14, 1 being the most important and 14 being the least important. If you can think of any others that can be added to the list, feel free to do so.

Size/weight of puppy
Colors of puppy
Age
Health gurantee
Price
Registration Papers
What the parents of the puppies look like
Correct or exact topline and bite
How the dam and sire measure up to the standard
Both parents on site
Temperment of puppy
Tails docked and dewclaws done
Where the puppy is raised
Age breeder will let the puppies go home
