Yay for being a representative of the Walt Disney World employees...so here's the news:
None of the 22 Walt Disney World resorts are "pet-friendly". Unless you have a service dog, the hotels do not permit pets in their rooms. There are kennels you can put your dogs up in while you are there. There are 5 kennels in the Walt Disney World resort.

I'm sure you can look up what hotels in Orlando ARE pet-friendly. I know that the Hard Rock Hotel is.
