That is the same brand kennel I have but ours is one size smaller. So, I would make yours at least half the size it is now since Parker is a little bigger than Hobbs. What seems small will actually be the right size. But, if you make it small and Parker is still going to the bathroom in there, then make it even smaller...seriously. The reason he is going potty in his crate is bc he can go potty in one corner and lay down in another corner. Even if you think it isn't big enough for him to do that, if the poop isn't getting on him when he goes poop in there, then it is TOO BIG!

Please let me know how it works! Good luck! Don't give up if he goes potty in there a couple of times. I promise I know what you're going through. Hobbs did the same thing. When he first started pottying in his crate, we thought that crate training just wasn't for us. So, we tried all other methods, which were even worse. So, I did lots of research on crate training and decided to go back to that method. Making the crate small worked like a charm. Now at 9.5 months old, Hobbs is fully potty trained and able to have full run of the house. So, just use that as inspiration when you are having a hard time with it at first.
