I had this same problem when we brought Hootie home last month. We thought Hobbs would just be in LOVE with her, bc he loves every other animal that he meets. So, we were surprised at how he acted by not accepting Hootie at first. Just make sure that you give your older yorkie LOTS and LOTS of love and attention. You don't want her to feel like she is being punished by you bringing this new puppy home. Make sure you monitor their time together. Your older yorkie may try to beat up on the puppy a little, at least Hobbs did. But, give them about a week. It only took about a week or a week and a half for Hootie and Hobbs to become the best of friends! The main thing is to try to keep everything as normal as possible for your older yorkie. It is traumatizing enough for her to have a new little sister! She will come around...just give it a few days
