Has anyone ever heard of the Sure-Stop bark Breaker ? You plug it in the wall and it omits a high pitch sound so the dog will stop the barking. I am looking for something to work on Rosie. It's price is only 29.99 so I am thinking it will probably not work but I can't find any reviews on this. Anyone with any advice i would love to hear.... Thanks
