tucker was given to me when he was 3 mos. i couldn't believe it! i wasn't even looking for a dog, but a family had bought him for their daughter and she was highly allergic
so i got a few things from them when they gave him to me, and then i went shopping- mostly for things i saw recommended here on yt.
he came with a leash/collar, food, food dish, treats, pin brush, crate, bed, pee pads, and a few toys.
since then, i have bought a harness, nylabones, a collar w/his name and my number on it (for trips to the vet and groomer), a blanket, nail clippers, a life vest, toys, a shirt, and a snoozer lookout car seat.
i have to say that the car seat has been my best investment yet! tucker used to get car sick riding in his crate, but since i got the car seat, he hasn't been sick once! i think he's more stable and he can see out the windows, too!
a lot of stuff i learned from other people, but most of it i learned from trial and error. good luck with your new pup!
