I give all kinds of things to my dog. He gets homecooking (I used a recipe I got from a pet book) and in the A.M. a pinch of flavomax, NR herbal compound, EPA fish oil. In the P.M. a pinch of probiotics (acidopholis), seaweed mixture from NR (just a pinch), 2-3 drops of black walnut. He also gets his multi vitamin because I am feeding homcooking.
Once a month he gets a natural heardworm nosode, 1/4 liver dtx (for the health of the liver and disease prevention) and sometimes 1/4 herblax for worm and parasite and colon cleansing (but the NR compound and black walnut should prevent any parasite problems).
