I have to decide soon. My husband & son are taking a road trip from Louisiana to Wisconsin. If my daughter & I go...Do we take Riley (4 months old)? How difficult is it to drive 17 hours with a puppy? Is it difficult to find pet friendly hotels? We usually just drive until we get tried, so we never know exactly where our overnight stop will be.
BP (Before Puppy) when we'd go on vacation, I'd have a friend come by once a day to feed our cat & birds. We'd be gone a week. And, I'll admit it, I'm terribly attached to Riley. She's like my baby. I left her for 5 days last month but she was home with my husband & son.
So, do my daughter, Riley & I go on the trip. Or do we pass?
