 That's funny! My friend is the same way - she has what I can only describe as watermellons! Natural watermelons! She has little skinny legs too - very unporportioned! 
 
  
My problem, is that I normally get rid of THAT "good" fat, but since I have been working hard on my own, I have noticed that "they" have stayed put! 
My goal is 120-125 (more on the upper side, I guess). I am 5'5 (give or take). My doctor said 130 would be good, but I don't know! We will see! I just hope I can get over this plateau I am on right now!
