This is what I do... When they are young and are puppies then I free feed them and leave food and water out for them all day 24/7. I feel it is very important that as puppies they have food and water all the time. Then as they get older, usually around 1 I start feeding them 3 times a day, morning, lunch, dinner. Then as they get a little bit older, or depending on how much they eat, I will feed them only once a day(usually in the morning) since they don't eat as much and don't need to. |
