Hi! I have a 3 year old spayed female yorkie that our family is very attached too, however, in the last six months or so, she has been having frequent pee accidents in our new home and this of course has been extremely frustrating. We took her to our vet and ruled out anything medically wrong so now we are at a point where we either give her away or retrain her all over again.

I don't want to be unfair, but I am really frustrated with her right now. My question is this, is this common for yorkies and if so, are they easy to retrain?
