I wish you the best. I know you will feel much better when it is over. I can not imagine what it is like to carry around a large chest. My sister is 5'9" around 180 pounds and wears a 36 G. You heard me right, a G. I keep trying to get her to get a reduction. She will not do it. She says it is because she is scared of the surgery. But I think it is because she knows men like big ones. Plus you do not notice her roll around the middle with those things sticking out. She has already had neck surgery and she is only 42 years old. She has indentions on her shoulders from her bra strap being weighed down.
