GREAT website, Vee! Since summer has started, I've started drinking more water and not much sodas. Water...especially ice water...is very refreshing for me and I love it.
When we go to restaurants, I ALWAYS order a water with a wedge of lemon. To me, it makes food taste much better. Maybe I'm just weird!
Anyway, had a friend that was in the marines...years ago. Anyway, right before chow time, they had to drink 2 glasses of water before they were allowed to start eating. He said the weight just fell right off of him.
