They're both cute carriers, very similar as far as color/appearance. I guess I would just look at the dimensions and decide how comfortable my pup would be in it. The first one looks like it's not as tall, so you might want to take into account how tall your pup is - if you think he'd be able to sit comfortably, etc. The second bag looks like it has hard sides - If it was me, I would prefer a softer bag. I also like how the first bag has pockets for you to store things - saves you having to carry a purse AND a dog bag.

This sounds dumb, but when I was looking at Celltei bags I actually created a mock 'floor' (just a piece of paper) to match the dimensions of the bottom of the bag and sat Oscar on it to see how much room he would have around him while he was laying down, sitting, etc.

Hope this helps, I'm sure either one will be great! (Also take into account what you want to carry around - if you think one will be easier and more comfortable to tote around than the other - even a 3lb dog in a bag can feel heavy after awhile!)
