Hey everyone, I made it past 500 posts. Wow I can't believe it.

I wanted to ask: Izzie is my little 2 lbs 9 ozs chocolate Yorkie. I have been waiting until she is at least 6 months old (will be on Aug. 1) to get her rabie shot. I want to discuss with him getting her spayed. He uses the isoflurine gas and I will definitely have the pre-op blood work done, but is she old enough and big enough to be spayed. I am really afraid of having it done, but know it's the best thing for her. I don't think she will get a whole lot bigger, so please tell me you thoughts on her age and size for this surgery. Thanks in advance.
