Awwww I hope you feel better. As much as it may hurt....you may need to stay away from the computer until your headache is all better. I really do hope you feel better. But it really does sound like sinuses because you had the sore throat and the fever. Please get it checked out if it isn't better in the morning!!!
Where is the focus of the pain, that can tell alot about a headache and what will make it go AWAY!
