Default We have two labs too, with our tiny Phoebe

Porsha, our black lab, is about 70 lbs. She's like a big mama to Phoebs. She lays down and just moves her head around. I don't know how to show a video I got of them, but I have one. Sawyer, our dopey boy at 86 lbs. , loves Phoebe too. But he gets more excited. We are in the process of teaching him how to lay down to play with her. Phoebe loves their wagging tails, and tugs on them. We only have very supervised play time, then Phoebe is either with me, or in her pen. Sometimes the labs wrestle with eachother, so Phoebe would definitely join in and get severely hurt. So there is never any free time for her. At least not until she learns how to stay out of the way.

It's doable, but you have to take care. I don't plan to always have big dogs. I love my labbies, but when they are gone, I'm done with them....
