On the console, if you decide to get one, the cheapest is at plow and hearth Gutu28 had a thread on it and I got a backseat one for my furbabies. But the console one (I have one too that I got a long time ago) is really a good one and I think you'd be surprised that Murphy will like it. I mean, both my furkids like being on it because they are close to you and they seem to like the A/C blowing on their face

Yes he did enjoy himself - I think he is in shock though since me and hubby are back to work and he is all alone again during the day - poor Murphy!

Thanks for the car seat advice - i will look into that one. He might not mind as long as he is right next to me. He likes to sit right on my lap or the drivers lap the whole time. Such a snuggle bug!
