Scrappy went to my mom's house the other night with the kids and me. Before going to bed I was rubbing his belly and noticed that he was splotchy red on his belly and the inside of his ears, and on the backside of his ears the skin was very dark pink almost a red color. This is not the normal for him. This was on Saturday night. Today I was rubbing his belly again and noticed a very red spot that was sort of raised like a bug bite possibly, but sort of like the skin was tender. It was located under his little penis area. I washed him with a skin claming shampoo tonight, but it didnt go away. What type of medicine should I use on the area? He's not acting like it hurts though?
