I guess I'm nervous about getting her from the airport I refuse to take her out in Newark airport it's not the cleanest place and it would be my luck she would pick something up just walking to the car. I have a car seat for her so I was thinking about driving her home and then letting her relieve herself (I live about 15-20 minutes away from the airport), but I was told not to bring her outside until she gets all of her shots so walking her in the grass is out of the question. I plan on using wee wee pads anyway so taking her outside to relieve herself is not a big deal
If you take some pee pads with you, you can put it down in the parking lot before the drive home. That will help keep the germs away and allow her to relieve herself after the flight. Phoenix threw up on the drive home from the breeders. I'd be prepared for anything no matter how short the drive is.

oh, and don't let the Vet give all of the shots in one visit if you don't want a sore baby crying when you pick her up. Phoenix was sore for 2 days when he had 3 the first visit.

Good Luck
