Keloids can be a real problem, I get them myself after surgeries, it is when the scar continues to grow usually outward but I have the problem of them also continuing to grow inwardly
I finally had the last keloid removed by plastic surgeon due to the fact that it was so very painful,they tried previously to remove them with lasar, but it didn't help any. Did the vet say these are keloids?
