After much thought, and especially after reading about little Mia getting out and being lost for a few days, I began looking for someone to microchip Sissy. My vet's office does not do it. One of the local cities animal shelter's animal control officer does microchipping. She was very careful with Sissy and although she yelped it was over in a second! Also, it was only $20 total for the services.

I feel better about having taken care of that piece, should we ever need it.
